Creating a forever home for a mother and her three teenage daughters was a truly special project. With original Federation features at the front, our design approach infused the home with soft, feminine hues and warm textures to reflect both its heritage and the personalities within. A spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area was introduced at the rear, anchored by a generous butler’s pantry and laundry. Oregon flooring from the original home was thoughtfully continued throughout, creating a seamless flow from old to new. A sentimental artwork in the dining room, purchased by our client’s late husband at a charity auction, became a meaningful source of inspiration for the palette and detailing. Outdoors, we designed a generous deck with a vergola for all-weather living and entertaining.
