This much loved family home has been extended and refreshed, maintaining elements of the traditional 1920’s home whilst adding modern comfort.

The extension of the federation home allowed for the creation of a light-filled living, dining and family space flowing on to an entertainers' deck with high ceilings and timber flooring.

We maximised the potential of the under house area, converting this in to an additional bedroom, bathroom for the ultimate parents’ retreat, with the bonus of storage and a stylish and spacious laundry.

Set in a peaceful street, with the harbour foreshore and coastal walkway at the end of the street this is a dream traditional coastal home.
